Our insurance coverage is with Recovery First, which ensures we've met their eligibility requirements of being an automated agency, storage lots have appropriate security for each location, and that our management & office personnel use the appropriate forms to document the repossession process; information on location and condition of repossessed property after it's in our care, custody & control.

As a member of RMRA we are required to adhere to Texas laws and are propererly insured. Due to the every-changing rules, regulations and laws within the industry, we are also required to complete a recognized certification program within our own state of Texas.
